FSI has a complete onsite metallurgical lab for the evaluation and testing of Thermal Sprayed coatings. The basic equipment includes tensile testers, metallographic scope, DPH and Rockwell Hardness testers, mounting press and sample polishing/grinding and cutting equipment.
Our Quality Control Manual complies with MIL AS9100 and our calibration system is in compliance with MIL STD 45662. We hold a third-party accreditation with NADCAP AC7004 Quality Systems and AC 7107 Coatings and our Metallurgical Lab evaluation lab.
